Our Policies
- Minimum stay 1 week during high season.
- We prefer Saturday - Saturday weeks.
- Rates are based on 6 guests.
- Balance, including departure fee is dueat least 30 days prior to arrival. We gladly accept cashiers checks, VISA, MasterCard, an American Express
- Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for full refund (less $50 service fee).
- Signed Lease Agreement requires guests to provide a Visa or MasterCard or American Express number in the place of a security deposit.
- All payments must be made in US funds. Currency Converter
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00a.m.
- All persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian).
- Cribs or highchairs can be rented at $45.00/week.
- Sorry, no pets are allowed.
